【Event recap】Learning and Teaching Expo 2025 - New initiative in Global Science Education
"The Learning & Teaching Expo 2025 " was successfully held from 2 to 4 July! Trumptech showcased a range of innovative LEGO® Education courses, attracting many educators and students. LEGO® Education Science— the latest release of the globally-renowned brand LEGO Education was launched at the expo, injecting international standards into Hong Kong's primary science curriculum.
The solution is designed specifically for science education in primary schools, transforming abstract scientific concepts into visible and tangible models through hands-on activities. Complemented with 120+ inquiry-based activities and Trumptech's exclusive AI platform, the solution will unveal the mysteries of science, as well as enhacing students' cuirosity and creative thinking.

During the expo, we hosted several LEGO® Education Science workshops for teachers, showcasing how to implement inquiry-based learning in Hong Kong primary school science using our supplementary AI platform. This experience offered a fresh perspective on teaching and learning, focusing on exploratory mindset than pure memorisation of content.
The solution come with comprehensive teaching pedagogy and support, including fun days, student courses, certification courses, and competitions in the Greater Bay Area and internationally, allowing students to enjoy learning through play!

With over 120 carefully designed topics, the AI-powered teaching platform effectively tracks students' exploration processes. It can also automatically generate detailed assessment reports, enabling teachers to adjust learning progress in real time.
The LEGO® Education Science kits are more intuitive than other inquiry-based learning applications, fostering high student engagement and a greater sense of achievement through building with blocks.

Experiential workshop - science learning with assistance of AI platform

The workshops enabled teachers to understand the interactive nature of inquiry-based activities! The curriculum align with various grade-level learning objectives, enabling participants to grasp essential scientific inquiry skills such as experimental spirit, observation, and systematic data collection and analysis.
Attendees will have the opportunity to see firsthand how to integrate these resources into science classrooms, enhancing students' interest in learning and their hands-on skills.

Highlight (2): New themes in the LEGO® Education STEM learning
LEGO® Education STEM Solutions
(Suitable for P1-S3 students)
Students will use LEGO® Education blocks to recreate elements of Chinese cultural wisdom, exploring themes like the origins of Chinese festivals and traditional dances. They will engage in design, build, and programming to control robots, learning about various engineering structures while fostering cultural identity and creativity.
Another new theme is aerospace technology! Students will learn how to simulate space missions through exciting projects like Mars rovers using LEGO.
Innovative LEGO® Education AI course
(Suitable for P4-S3 students)
The course will explore the AI applications of smart products in everyday life. Using autonomous driving as an example, students will utilize sensors and train AI models with image and voice data to avoid obstacles, creating an effective AI navigation system. The course will also engage students in group challenges, such as obstacle courses, to inspire optimization for applications.
